This policy explains what personal information Fish-Mox ("we", "us") collects when you visit fish-mox.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and the items you buy.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment provider. We don't see or store your full card number.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and order history.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or the contact form.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookies that keep your cart working and help us understand how the site is used.
How we use it
- To process, ship, and support your orders, including tracking updates and package protection claims.
- To answer your questions.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To improve the site and our product information.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, and only what they need:
- BigCommerce, which hosts our online store
- Our payment processor, which handles card payments
- USPS and UPS, to deliver your order
- Route, if you add Route Package Protection to your order
- Analytics and email providers we use to run the site
We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and our customers.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for the cart, checkout, and login, and analytics cookies to see how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although the cart and checkout need essential cookies to work.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. We delete or anonymize other information when it's no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights under state law, and we honor them. Email support@fish-mox.com with your request. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
Our store isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Security
Our store runs on encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to your information to the people and services that need it.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
